Joan Bissett
Joan started her career in the financial sector until she established herself in the Diamond trade which she was absolutely passionate about. Today still, many of the locals are wearing jewelry supplied by her. After the death of her mentor, she retired from the trade and started her career in real estate.

Back then in 1984 Joan decided to make a career change to Real Estate. In 1987 she started her own real estate company west of Johannesburg. After the death of her father, decided to relocate back to Tzaneen to financially assist her mother. She joined the Homenet Group in 1990 and never looked back.

Joan still today feels the same enthusiasm for the property industry as she did way back then. She loves people, has an abundance of energy and has excellent people skills acquired over the years. Joan is not easily manipulated and has an uncanny ability to make her point understood. Serious buyers and sellers know who gets results and who thus to turn to when need arises. Joan judges people well and she can sift out the "weekend shoppers" from the bored housewives from the serious clients. Green Van Rensburg
Green was born and bred in Phalaborwa and completed his school career at Merensky Hoerskool in Tzaneen.
He started his sales career in the motor industry at Northern Ford. A few years later he then joined Tzaneen Delta and later was approached by NTT Toyota to join their team. He earned several achievements including salesman of the year during that period.

Green then met his soul mate who was involved in real estate. After long discussions over numerous cups of coffee, he decided to make a career change and enter into the Real Estate game.

He has been in the industry since July 2004 and is as passionate about real estate just as he used to be in the motor industry.
Green is a peoples person and has an abundant circle of friends and acquaintances, from Hoedspruit to Messina, from young to the elderly and never forgets a face or a name.

Green strives to be one of the best persons in his field and to deliver only the best service to all his Buyers & Sellers.

Yolande Engelbrecht
Yolande started her career within the South African Air Force. She started off as a Supply and Demand Clerk and after 5 years of service Yolande joined the private sector as a Aviation workshop Manager. She was promoted to Material Planner Specialist within Thales SA after only one year of service.

Yolande is a dedicated and loyal person and is very goal orientated. When Yolande puts her mind to it, she always achieves more than she originally planned. Yolande has excellent social skills and strives to help others reach their goals and dreams. She will go the extra mile for anyone that gains her trust.

The Air Force taught her to be dedicated, punctual and to be a hard worker. Yolande's word is her honour and she can be dependable and trusted at all times.

Yolande decided to move to Tzaneen where she could lead a better quality of life and while getting to know the area, Harcourts took her under their wing and gave her the opportunity and skills to be an excellent first time Real-estate consultant.

Rebecca Mohale
Rebecca was born in the Tzaneen district in a small town called Ga-Kgapane where she was raised and went to school.
She started her sales career with Homenet way back in 1997 and since our name change to Harcourts and now Bissett Real Estate she is still going strong.
She has earned several achievements over the years for best sales figures and most homes sold in a 1 year period.
Rebecca upgraded her home from Ga-Kgapane to Tzaneen and has recently acquired a farm outside Tzaneen with the wealth she has accumulated from her sales career.
In the years gone by, most challenges that have been assigned to her, she has achieved. Rebecca knows an abundance of people that she has befriended over the years and strives to deliver excellent service to her clients.

Aleks Zaide

Aleks was born and grew up in Latvia (Europe).At the age of 21 she decided to travel abroad to work, and never looked back.
In 2006 Aleks and her fiancé came to live and settle in Botswana.

They decided to move to Tzaneen where they could lead a better quality of life and while getting to know the area, Bissett Real Estate took Aleks under their wing and gave her the opportunity and skills to be an excellent first time Real-estate consultant.

Living and working in different parts of the world helped her to become a people’s person and acquired a big circle of friends.

Previous experience taught her to be dedicated, punctual and a hard worker. Aleks is a trustworthy person, and as a candidate consultant she believes that she will be successful and make a difference in the market. Melissa Jonker

Melissa is a thoroughbred Tzaneen girl. Back then she completed her school career at Tzaneen Laerskool and later matriculated at Ben Vorster Hoerskool.

Melissa began her career in the financial industry in 2003 with Wizard Financial Services where she was involved in the administration of Home Loans for three years.

She was promoted to Loans Consultant in 2006 in the Bond Originating department and was very successful in that field, achieving her targets and better regularly each month.

Melissa then moved on to the Rental department in 2009 of a sister company, where she was involved in the rentals, collection and payments thereof.

Melissa then moved on and became Assistant to the CEO and gained a sound grounding in the real estate industry from a back office perspective.
Melissa has made a career change and has taken the bold step to become a Real Estate.

Consultant in her new career at Bissett Real Estate. Her personality lends itself to be an extremely likeable person, and she believes that she can make a difference in the market. She strives to be one of the best consultants in the industry and to deliver top class service to her clients.

Rose Heyman

Rosemary grew up and was schooled in Pretoria. She started her career in the medical sector as a student nurse. In this profession she also learned and developed certain skills such as dedication, empathy and patience.

She later on branched out into the emergency services as a paramedic and fire fighter being driven by the passion for helping people in extreme circumstances as well as being interactive with the community.

Due to personal circumstances she relocated to Phalaborwa and was introduced into the hospitality industry and started work as a lodge manager. She excelled in her enjoyment of working with people and found a keen interest in event co-ordination and cuisine. This also taught her attention to detail and she found a natural ability to make people feel relaxed and at home.

Later on Rosemary moved to Tzaneen where she opened her own business which she successfully operated for a number of years and then sold.

Rosemary is now focused on a new career in the real estate industry, she is a highly energetic driven person and with the skills she has learned over a number of years, she will endeavour to deliver a superior service to the best of her ability.
