Joan Bissett
Joan started her career in the financial sector until she established herself in the Diamond trade which she was absolutely passionate about. Today still, many of the locals are wearing jewelry supplied by her. After the death of her mentor, she retired from the trade and started her career in real estate.
Back then in 1984 Joan decided to make a career change to Real Estate. In 1987 she started her own real estate company west of Johannesburg. After the death of her father, decided to relocate back to Tzaneen to financially assist her mother. She joined the Homenet Group in 1990 and never looked back.
Joan still today feels the same enthusiasm for the property industry as she did way back then. She loves people, has an abundance of energy and has excellent people skills acquired over the years. Joan is not easily manipulated and has an uncanny ability to make her point understood. Serious buyers and sellers know who gets results and who thus to turn to when need arises. Joan judges people well and she can sift out the "weekend shoppers" from the bored housewives from the serious clients. Joan is committed to real estate in the broader sense too, though she works long office hours her work spills over to her social endeavors too and many a lead has been picked up from her love for sport.

Green Van Rensburg
Green was born and bred in Phalaborwa and completed his school career at Merensky Hoerskool in Tzaneen.
He started his sales career in the motor industry at Northern Ford. A few years later he then joined Tzaneen Delta and later was approached by NTT Toyota to join their team. He earned several achievements including salesman of the year during that period.
Green then met his soul mate who was involved in real estate. After long discussions over numerous cups of coffee, he decided to make a career change and enter into the Real Estate game.
He has been in the industry since July 2004 and is as passionate about real estate just as he used to be in the motor industry.
Green is a peoples person and has an abundant circle of friends and acquaintances, from Hoedspruit to Messina, from young to the elderly and never forgets a face or a name.
Green strives to be one of the best persons in his field and to deliver only the best service to all his Buyers & Sellers.

Eleanor Van Der Westhuizen
I started in Real Estate in 1994 and feel the same enthusiasm for the Industry now as I did then. I am very passionate about all aspects of Real Estate, love people, have an abundance of energy and have excellent people skills acquired over 12 years of listing and selling. The knowledge I have gained over the years is invaluable and the repeat business I receive is testament to this.
I have been in real estate for 12 years now and incredibly successful. I came into the business after. College at the age of 18, was given no concessions and encouraged to make the most of myself. Over the years I have matured into a driven, efficient agent that has learnt market and the utilization of my assets. Yolande Engelbrecht
Yolande started her career within the South African Air Force. She started off as a Supply and Demand Clerk and after 5 years of service Yolande joined the private sector as a Aviation workshop Manager. She was promoted to Material Planner Specialist within Thales SA after only one year of service.
Yolande is a dedicated and loyal person and is very goal orientated. When Yolande puts her mind to it, she always achieves more than she originally planned. Yolande has excellent social skills and strives to help others reach their goals and dreams. She will go the extra mile for anyone that gains her trust.
The Air Force taught her to be dedicated, punctual and to be a hard worker. Yolande's word is her honour and she can be dependable and trusted at all times.
Yolande decided to move to Tzaneen where she could lead a better quality of life and while getting to know the area, Harcourts took her under their wing and gave her the opportunity and skills to be an excellent first time Real-estate consultant.
Yolande was offered a career change to become a Real Estate Consultant which she accepted in August 2012. Frank Warne
Frank started his career with the Metropolitan Police Service in London. He became a Detective Sergeant in the Flying Squad, National crime squad and in the last 10 years of his service was a major team leader in the Murder squad.
After serving 31 years in the police service he was appointed Head of Loss Prevention and Audit for a world brand retail company. This position enabled him to show inter personal, people and leadership skills that he had acquired from the police service.
In 2010 Frank and his wife came to live and settle in South Africa making their home near Haenertsburg, and love living in this wonderful country.
In 2011 Frank became Sales Director of a local Bio-chemical company and dealt with a wide range of people in the Tzaneen and Polokwane area. This has enabled him to grasp the culture and way of life in South Africa.
Frank made a decision to move on and embark on a new career and join Bissett Real Estate. His personality lends itself to be an extremely likeable person, and he believes that he can make a difference in the market. He strives to be one of the best consultants in the industry and to deliver top class service to his clients.

Rebecca Mohale
Rebecca was born in the Tzaneen district in a small town called Ga-Kgapane where she was raised and went to school.
She started her sales career with Homenet way back in 1997 and since our name change to Harcourts and now Bissett Real Estate she is still going strong.
She has earned several achievements over the years for best sales figures and most homes sold in a 1 year period.
Rebecca upgraded her home from Ga-Kgapane to Tzaneen and has recently acquired a farm outside Tzaneen with the wealth she has accumulated from her sales career.
In the years gone by, most challenges that have been assigned to her, she has achieved.
Rebecca knows an abundance of people that she has befriended over the years and strives to deliver excellent service to her clients.

Riana Basson
Riana is a thoroughbred Tzaneen girl. Way back then she completed her school career at Tzaneen Laerskool and later Merenensky Hoerskool.
Riana started her career in the Banking Industy, this gave her a sound financial background working with the public. This is where she learned her people skills by serving and dealing with clients. She went on various training courses during her career with Trust Bank.
Later on she joined Wesbank dealing with motor finance. All together she was involved in the banking industry for 14 years.
After several years in the banking industry, she entered into Bond Originating as a consultant. Later she was promoted to Branch Manager and worked herself up to be Relationship Manager with over 45 individually owned sub branches in a period of 10 years.
Riana was also involved in Real Estate in Polokwane and combined this with the Bond Originating Industry.
Riana has a passion for people, has an abundance of energy and has excellent peoples skills acquired over the years. Riana has an uncanny ability to make her point understood. Riana is committed to real estate and though she works long office hours her work spills over to her social endeavors too and many a lead has been picked up from her love for sport. Her passion is people and making their dreams come true.

Lydia Opperman
Lydia started her career in the government sector as a prison warden where she served with dedication. This taught her to become an immensely disciplined person. Her position taught her to act with authority and to fear unlawful activity as she was exposed to the behaviour of inmates at the prisons.
After a long 15 years, she furthered her career and joined the private sector with Africon Engineering International (Pty) Limited. She started in the admin as a secretary and quality assurance.
After 4 years she was offered a better job opportunity with Summit Auto Body by expanding her expertise to Debtors & Creditors clerk. She later also sharpened her skills doing the stock take & ordering of parts.
